Protecting local assets through facility inspection at cultural properties

Inspecting electrical facilities at buildings designated as important cultural properties and local cultural properties such as temples and shrines, and conducting electrical wiring inspections for example of lanterns for festivals helps to prevent fires and contributes to maintaining local culture, traditions and properties.

Activities to spread energy awareness and to promote disaster prevention

We hold energy-related classes at local schools. These activities are intended to promote awareness of energy and environmental problems and convey the importance of electricity to children who will be responsible for the next generation. We also work together with local governments, police and fire departments in conducting disaster prevention drills and working to raise awareness for disaster prevention in local communities.
