OTTADE - Our Team of Watchers!

OTTADE — Our Team of Watchers! is a Kansai Electric Power service that customers can use to check an information log on where their children have been, such as by tracking their movement routes. The signal emitted from the mobile tracking terminal carried by each child is detected by fixed base stations (detection points) and mobile base stations (watcher), and data is collected on the child’s movements.

The base system for this service can quickly be built by plugging the base stations that detect the emitted signal into electrical outlets at homes, stores, public facilities and other places. Base stations can also be created such as by downloading a special application onto your smartphone, or using the built-in communications terminal in your car.
