Electric Poles Site Fee

Electric Poles Site Fee

The electric poles site fee is a land usage fee the company pays to a land owner for access to its site to install electric poles and other equipment.

When installing such equipment, we ask the customer to fill in and sign and seal a Land Usage Consent Form, and then we pay them the electric poles site fee.

Electric Poles Site Fee Payment Method

In principle, the electric poles site fee is paid in full (amount for three years) once every three years, by transfer to the customer’s specified financial institution.

Around the middle of April in the financial year of payment, we send the customer a “Confirmation of Details of the Land Usage Fee Payment for Electric Poles and other equipment.” to receive their advance confirmation of the payment details and other matters.

We ask the customer to fill in the required items, sign and seal and post the enclosed “Reply Postcard” if there are any changes to the address, phone number, financial institution for payment, or other relevant items, or if the land owner has changed due to buying or selling, etc.

The electric poles site fee is paid by transfer to the customer’s specified financial institution around the middle of August.
